  • You can download the franchise application form from NADRA’s official website or you can get it from NADRA’s regional offices.

  • Whether you’re applying online or offline, you need to deposit Rs.600/- in any branch of Habib Bank in the country.
  • After depositing the registration fee in HBL, you have to submit the application form in any NADRA regional offices.

A brief interview is then conducted with the prospective franchise owner. Upon successful evaluation, the license is awarded to the selected franchisee. The E-Sahulat team further provides training and support to ensure smooth operation of the franchise.

In Punjab, the Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA) has collaborated with NADRA to enhance service delivery. Through this partnership, E-Sahulat centers issue “fard” documents, which certify property ownership. These documents are issued following CNIC and biometric verification, streamlining the process for residents.
